I tried to arrange a viewing on a property I saw in the shop window. When I went into the office, the team were all eating lunch and it was as if I wasnt even there. After five minutes of waiting, the manager decided it would be a good idea to ask if I needed assistance (obviously!!) He showed me a few properties and when I said I was interested, he assumed I was on DSS and basically refused to help me. Just as I was leaving, one of the staff members decided to fart and all the team started to laugh. Discraceful behaviour. Avoid like the plague!!!
