this agent promised to do lots of things and then she disappeared and didn't care about what i wanted, no customer management.
What agent could do to change your mind?
please be more truthful and stop trying so hard to be fak.

Literally the worst of many many letting agents i have worked with. They will rent your property to any degenerate they can find. It will be let, but they will not follow legal protocols, jeopardizing your legal case should any tenant be destructive or delinquent. ...

We were renting with Fraser & Co for two years and our experience was not a positive one; emails went unreplied, issues were unresolved for months and the process of recovering our deposit was painful. Very disappointing!...
