@dissatisfied tenant, do tell the world if they actually have customer services please

We are sorry to read of your disappointment in our service. We want to look into the matter to find out what happened.
Whilst we pride ourselves on caring for our customers at all stages of a tenancy, it\\\'s clear you are unhappy and that matters to us. If we fell short we want to know about it and ensure it never happens again. And if possible we want to try and remedy the problem with you.
All rental properties are Let with different types of services levels: Let Only, Rent Collection and Managed. This service level is chosen by the landlord and directs the level of service given afterwards e.g. with Let Only the tenant deals directly with the landlord after moving in. In any event, we would always hope that our customers feel cared for and that the type of service level for each tenancy is properly communicated to the tenant. Please be assured your experience is not usual but occasionally in managing thousands of property relationships things can and do go wrong. We ask each and every customer to tell us what they think because we do care. You can read the results at our website where we publish customer feedback every week.
