The sort of estate agent who gives others a bad name.
While arranging the moving in, they routinely got details wrong on forms, were slow to respond, disorganised, had incorrect details about the property and kept changing their minds on how the deposit would be paid. Aside from being inept and lazy, the staff were obviously not trained enough, and management was apathetic and indolent, seeing their customers as an inconvenience.
While moving out, they were "too busy" to get the deposit returned to me for a week after the landlord had authorised its return. On calling up on a Saturday to arrange it, I was told the person who makes bank transfers (I guess they can't trust most of their staff with this) doesn't work weekends, but would do it on Monday. On Monday, nothing happened, so I called on Tuesday. I had to find the person's contact details and cajole them myself to release the deposit. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
I would actively dissuade anyone from using this company.
