They obviously did not want us as tenants! Me ( graduate, currently unemployed) and my friend (postgraduate student) we're searching for a flat and though we could pay 6 months up front, the agent was changing his mind towards the guarantor and the amount of money we had to pay up front! At first he said that we should pay 6 mo up front and then 12 mo!!!! About the guarantor, uk or eu guarantor was suitable only if they earn 36 times the amount of the rent!!!! We were so not satisfied with the agency! It was the only agency that had problem with us paying 6 mo up front!
Ps we are clean, non smokers, no pets!!!
Thy should have a better customer service and a standard policy, as it seemed like they were changing their mind every day! Also, they could take up better homes!!!
