Where do I start....I spoke to a bloke called Matt, I could not believe his unprofessionalism & attitude towards a customer. He spoke to me like he had found me on the bottom of his shoe.
I am 34 years old (not 3) and have never came across such a bad service.
Firstly I rang @ 10am to be told the systems were down & had a can't be bothered attitude & would call back 10 mins later, he never did.
I called them back @ 1pm to be spoken to the same person where he blamed their call centre in Manchester. I said I spoke to you and didn't know what to say.
He gave me a long winded story that you would hear a con artist would give requesting my mums account details & funds! No other agents have asked for this & I advise you not to deal with this disorganised rogue company, look at the reviews it's all true be warned.
