The best letting agent I\'ve ever dealt with.
I was a tenant in two houses with them (good letting agents are so thin on the ground in Cambridge, that once you\'ve found one you don\'t let go). They were unbureaucratic, always helpful and courteous, fees were reasonable, they were prompt to return the deposit. I would recommend them without reservation.

Turfed out after 4 years 11 months despite being told the property was mine as long as I needed it.
Bullshit story about relatives coming to live from Australia, so screw the tenant, turf 'em out.. We were very close to being homeless because of this.

I rented the same house as Sam 198 Huntinton road, Sam moved in after I moved out. The agent served as in instrument of coercion for he Landlord to extort money that was not due. The landlord was fundamentally dishonest in his dealing with us and hid behind the Agent in doing so.
