Total waste of money, pay more and use an agent who actually does something! From start to finish Mov8 were useless, they never informed me of potential buyers and never got back to people who enquired about my property. I never sold the property and now let it. From a bad choice of photographs (one of which showed an undertakers window which could be seen from one window in my property ???????? to incorrect valuation which changed with each agent `i was palmed off to. This lot couldn't sell a sandwich to a starving man, very very very disappointed, you pay up front and never hear from them again unless you are chasing them for something they have failed to do. For sale signs fell down and I had to put them up having reported it but nothing done. All round useless !!

We have gone through our entire database of properties and cannot find one that fits the description that you have provided (view of undertaker etc) particularly when combined with a For Sale Board issue as described. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
