Since Om have taken over I have experienced first hand the difference from Solitare. I have been an owner tenant for 7 yrs. Did not have a good experience with Solitare. However, since Julia Brooke-Wilde has taken over as Area Manager, there has been significant improvement in getting things done. I understand it will take time for everyone to understand their recent changes,but OM is going in the right direction.They have ansewered my questions in a timely manner and completed major repairs very responsibly and professionally. I attribute this to Ms Brooke-Wilde and customer services. Thank you for job well done.

Aerial maintenance? You have almost certainly got a combination deal for a door entry system and TV aerial, sold to you on a 14 year lease, possibly by a related company (Interphone?). The payback is typically 3 years, so you'll pay about 5 times over. Nice little earner if you can organize this kind of conflict of interest. The maintenance bit costs a pittance. Mr Follow-Up, I am very glad you have this nice lady Julia Brooke-Wilde to deal with however does this really negate the excess charges demanded by them. Houndreds of pounds for aerial maintenance.......what arial maintenance?....as an example of many similar charges. She must be very good if she does.
