Since Om have taken over I have experienced first hand the difference from Solitare. I have been an owner tenant for 7 yrs. Did not have a good experience with Solitare. However, since Julia Brooke-Wilde has taken over as Area Manager, there has been significant improvement in getting things done. I understand it will take time for everyone to understand their recent changes,but OM is going in the right direction.They have ansewered my questions in a timely manner and completed major repairs very responsibly and professionally. I attribute this to Ms Brooke-Wilde and customer services. Thank you for job well done.
