Extremely poor customer service. Julian made no attempt to address any of my concerns from the beginning of the viewing process. I asked him questions about his company's management practices in the event of maintenance requests and he was initially evasive, then sullen, then abusive.
In hindsight, it was telling that he had double-booked our appointment and had to reschedule at late notice.
I could not justify proceeding further with this company based on my experience with this employee.
