I rented a 3 bedroom house from County and was a resident there for 4 years. The process was pretty straight forward and the staff at County were helpful through out my stay at the property. Luckily, the house was in great condition so there weren't many maintenance issues but when there were, County were quick in resolving the matter. I would have loved to have stayed at the property but had to move on as the landlord wanted an increase in the rent and I needed to find a place closer to my children's school. I will definitely be contacting County again if ever I need help in finding a place for me and my kids.

Before I let my property to Country Land and Homes I experienced a lot of

They normally charge an Admin fee of ‚£199 + VAT but this was waived.
