This is the second time I have used Mansbridge & Balment Woolwell branch in the past seven years, and in all honesty would not consider any other agent now to deal with (despite having 4 other local agents value and compete to market the property initially). My first experience was fairly standard, however this time round I couldn't have asked for better.
Despite a couple of hiccups (offers received and then later falling through causing us to start again) the whole process (which as most people know is usually stressful) was completely hassle free - down to the professionalism and service provided by the team.
Customer service and communication (especially feedback after viewings and advice given throughout the process) was outstanding and their online portal was a useful bonus.
Emily, Kristabel, Chris and Tony dealt with me in the main - all seemed to know the current status throughout the six months and all were superb to deal with.
Its only a shame that the house I'm now purchasing is with a different agent. Having exchanged contracts and completion in two days time I'm actually going to miss contact with them !!

Estate Agents have always had a bad name, but this lot are outstanding !
