rented through them for a year.
first started experiencing problems before we even moved in.
paid 6 weeks deposit, and 3 months rent in advance - on the day we came in to sign contract and keys we were told that actually the property did not include the garage (as advertised) which is an obvious breach of property descriptions act.
in the last 2 months informed we would no longer be needing the property and will be leaving after the year was up (never called for renewal anyway)
sent applicants round, agent was late and we had 3 prospective tenants outside trying to gain entry.
on another occasion we agreed to hold viewing ourselves for ONE family to do 2nd viewing at 7.30pm,
after they had left 3 more apps turned up which we were not informed about.

finally after long discussions in regards to deposit - was told I was paid on Friday by BACS - bearing in mind the Monday was a bank holiday. this was not paid as promised and left me out of pocket.

check out was done on the 3rd of august and report was not given until 20th august 17 days after.
according to TDS this should be done 10 days after.

extremely poor service - promised call backs which never happened.

the agents don't know the property they are trying to let, just came round and winged it.
