Flat in poor condition when moved in - 75% of light bulbs blown and no hot water! Told to change bulbs myself and boiler fixed over a week later with engineer entering flat with no warning. Very poor attitude when I questioned their prowess with a flat that given the amount of rent, should command a level of service Alexandre Boyes couldn't begin to match. Avoid their properties at all costs, woefully inadequate level of service.

From a tenant point of view: we have been renting for 7 years and used 3 different letting agencies. This one has been the worst by far. Repetitive emails, no support to the tenants and an unpleasant experience as a whole. Avoid them if possible...
