Dreadful service the lady concerned forgot we were moving in so no inventory ready, delayed our move by 4 hours. Gave notice as the place was damp and price being thoroughly ripped off by the agents. Rude staff who have no manners what so ever.

They were sending people round to view the place without asking. Now they have refused to return any of the deposit which I was warned about by others who had used them. They are saying they had to pay for redecoration. The place has not had a lick of paint in 10 years! Also charging cleaning one side of the carpet! The place was immaculate on leaving, better than it was when we moved in. Asked for the receipts - oops, they have mysteriously vanished ! Will be seeking legal advice over the handling of deposits and rudeness off staff.

Deposits are legally lodged with an approved dispute scheme. Any disagreement over works required are solved by this scheme not the agent.If no receipts can be provided the dispute scheme will find in favour of tenant. I think the above review is a little biased and not entirely true !
