Having let properties through Penney & Co over many years, I was somewhat concerned when there was a change of ownership last year. However, after a few initial problems, the new members of staff have proved to be extremely helpful and efficient in every way. They prepared excellent details of the property and rapidly found new tenants at a very satisfactory rent. Nothing is too much trouble and they respond promptly to all phone calls and emails. I shall certainly continue to use them for future lets.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
