Bryan Estates are moneymakers and since I've been dealing with them I thought several times about suing them. They've been lying constantly to me, refused to give me the contacts of the landlord when I wanted to sort some things out with them personally, and charged me a huge deposit which I'm not sure I'll have back at this point. They gave me a one year contract with a "fake" breaking clause which actually obliged me to stay for the whole year even though I was not happy with the flat. When I informed them that I was willing to find a new tenant they told me they would do it for almost 1000£ more...and in the end they didn't, finding multiple excuses. They should be stopped, seriously.

Bryan Estates do not hold tenants deposits, this is held by the landlord as stated in the tenancy agreement (clause 3.36)
