The agents appear to work soley for the benefit of the landlord, offering no customer service to me as a tenant. They require contact about the bond via letter, but do not write back themselves. When I had issues, they made little effort to resolve them.

I would never use them again, and I think that one gold star is pushing it. Shame its not out of 10.
