Helmores sold my house, and helped locate my new house. They handled the process without issue, in what became a complicated transaction.
The focus of not only agreeing a price, but to see it through to completion was perfect and helped make my house move happen. This move probably would not have happened if it were not for there attention to detail, and constant preservation. Well done.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
