Having previously let the property for 2 1/2 years, with Bradleys, they then found me a new tenant and completed the transaction within 2 weeks. Having stressed to Lisa Rayner that because of the margins involved, it was essential that a new tenant was found ASAP. She responded admirably . Thanks also to Chris for his input, in fact all involved at the Honiton office responded very well.
Comment on agent fees
Fees are always an issue, but Bradleys have been very good on fully managed fees.
