This company are in the business of withholding bond money from tenants for invalid reasons. I can also confirm that as a tenant, they never did a flat inspection or inventory while I was there, so they do not have the landlords' best interests either.

i recommend using the freedom of information act to get information on this company - they have been the subject of legal proceedings on several occasions for disgraceful service - I have read about their acts in the scottish newspapers...
