The service at Penny&Co was excellent, All questions and concerns we had when renting out house were answered quickly and their was always someone to talk to during the whole of the process. The process itself was very simple with only one contract to sign and a few personal documents to provide, everything was able to be handed in online which made it very simple but there was still the option to come into the offices or visit in person to talk to someone that was helpful and that was able to explain everything. The agent that dealt with out particular letting, Amy Booth, was an absolute star through the whole process and helped us out even beyond the signing of the tenancy and the down payment and made renting out first house a pleasant experience. I completely recommend Penny&Co's service to any and everyone renting or buying houses in areas represented by them and they would be my first choice if and when renting again.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
