Wolfs did not provide good customer service. Wolfs did not communicate properly with me as a tenant. Wolfs charged a clean up fee at the end of the lease even though the apartment was left in a better condition than it was originally in.

There is no chance of me using Wolf's again. I had to do all the work to communicate and even then nothing was done (maintenance call was never responded to).

There are so many agencies in Birmingham, it is worthwhile to consider a different one.
