First contact was good, percentage agreed good, literature good. At the beginning of the process we had a great person to deal with phoned us regularly, updated us we got a buyer all seemed to be going well. Then the gentlemen left to go and work at another agent, it all fell apart from there. No communication, no more phone calls buyer dropped out, we weren't told, found another buyer same thing, buyer dropped out, eventually found another buyer but the whole process was laborious. The estate agent we were buying from did Williams work for them, phoning around negotiating through the chain, communicating with all involved Williams just couldn't be bothered they were looking at the end game of the cash coming to them. It's a shame as it all started to well. I think the icing on the cake for me was Williams handing over the keys to our house on move day the moment we received our keys for our new house. Apparently Williams informed me that this is normal. I've never heard this before I always thought they were meant to give you an hour or two at least. It meant we had 4 vans outside of our house moving the last bits as the new owners moved in. Chaos... New owners weren't happy as we hadn't even had a chance to clean or leave them a note or anything. We are in our new house now, happy it's all a bad dream but we wouldn't recommend Williams. ..
What agent could do to change your mind?
Communicated, when you have a buyer for your customer the job isn't done, not being solely focused on just renumeration understanding what a customer needs.

Comment on agent fees
Fees were fair. Just a shame service didn't match.
