By far and away the worst company I have ever dealt with, customer service must not be in their vocabulary, having been to view an 'apartment' that was advertised we taken to the block and shown a completely different apartment that had stains in the wall and they said the pictures were of a similair apartment. Eventually after giving them a deposit in a car park! (We were desperate) after reconsidering we ended up with a new flat in sherwood, we moved in... Not being shown anything like were trip switches etc were so when we couldn't find them and had to call them out... That cost us £310 which was most of our deposit after the plumber who obviously 'wasn't biased' said we should have been able to rectify the problem...
