As experienced owners of a number of properties we concluded that their staff do not understand even the most basic and fundamental principles of Property Management. They make the most basic errors.

We would give John Mortimer Property Management a ZERO for Customer Service / Relations.
As far as the service they provide is concerned, and value for money, we would also give that a
score of ZERO.

John Mortimer Property Mgt portfolio of managed properties continues to grow, primarily due to recommendation.
The staff are well respected in the industry.
It is regrettable that this individual did not bring their complaint to the attention of a director, when their concerns could have been investigated and if valid, been addressed through the correct channels.

Despite comments of this nature, their portfolio continues to increase PRIMARILY due to recommendations.
In some cases landlords refuse to pay for necessary repairs.
