The house wasn't as clean as you'd expect... After we claimed, they didn't do anything about it... At the end of the contract they demanded us a proof of professional cleaners, ironic I'd say... And, on the top of that.. They charged us with £30 to give our house references to the new agency ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
