Absolutely shocking . If renting through these cowboys make sure all of the home checking ie electrics have been checked. My son ,his partner and two children were ready to move into a house today . We were buying a house in cramlington, they were selling through renown. The service we received was horrendous from the sales team, we needed to talk to the owner on numerous occasions to chase things up and push renown along.
