The worse letting agent i have ever seen in my entire life. they took tenant's deposit and not securing it on any scheme, had to pay tenant's deposit back from my own money.

You are a rip off. Everyone should run away from your letting agency. You are really a disgrace.
I used you Reids of Mayfair to let my property and you collect 6 months rent from the tennat and always default to pay monthly. And you refused to pay the rent for THREE MONTHS. Please tell everyone here is that is true or not!!!
