Terrible company. They rip you off and overcharge you for stuff that isn't even your fault. Prior to moving in to our flat, lots of stuff wasn't working, the storage heater had two broken elements, the boiler timer was broken, the phone was broken, and the sink was blocked. It wasn't clean. They clearing hadn't bothered inspecting it prior to our moving in. Fast forward to just before our tenancy ran out, we spent 4 hours cleaning every inch of the place just to be patronised by the inspec...

Hello can you please elaborate on this? I am seriously thinking of joining this agency and I found Lauren to be very friendly indeed. I am sceptical as they are not part of the ARLA group. Also when you say overcharge in what way? ...
