AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The worst letting agent I have had the misfortune to deal with in a decade of renting in London. They seem OK until your sign your contract (not efficient, but alright), and then they just ignore you once you've paid your money. If anything needs repairing when you view the flat, don't believe them if they say they'll arrange for it to be fixed. It takes dozens of phone calls and emails to get any response from them - their standard approach to maintenance problems appear...

Comment on agent fees
Fees were about the same as other agents in the area, but because you get ZERO service in return, are poor value.

Just would like others to be careful and if they can avoid this estate agents. Just make sure they return your deposit. And make sure you take photos for the flat before leaving.our to have a peace of mind just try to avoid dealing with this agents. They gave me the flat with out professional cleaning as they said it is better for me so they will not ask for one when I leave, but when they cut £145 from the deposite and when I asked why they said it is for cleaning. There are photos prof t...

This is one of the worst agencies I have ever dealt with in the entire time renting properties in London. First, it took them ages to realise that we need to renew the contract. After we repeatedly contacted them, they said they dont manage our property. Finally they realised that they do and they sent the wrong new contract with no rent increase. After we accepted it, they said there will be a rent increase on £100 + an admin fee of £130 for the...

I was the tenant of a Camden flat owned and managed by Regent 2000 and I've had a horrible experience. Once I'd signed the tenancy agreement and transferred the deposit, I found their service extremely poor: very dirty flat when I moved in, check-in inventory clearly omitting damages and poor classiness, extremely slow response to repair requests, things promised but never delivered (damaged furniture/appliances removal, bike storage, intercom activation, replacement fridge...), the list goes on...

We let a flat out from them in Camden in August 2013 and have had constant issues since. To begin with, part of the contract conditions was to add a wardrobe, replace the fridge and cooker (both things that the agent said would happen when we viewed the flat), and cleaning of the house. We initially stated that we wanted everything to be done before we moved in, but they said that someone needs to answer the door to accept the deliveries of the various items so only the cleaning could be done be...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Fire everyone and get a new team that can actually talk to people sitting 30cm away.

Found out after moving in that the house was listed for ‚£5 per week less than what was stated to us when we moved in, given as well that they said that there was no room for negotiation at the time. Liars and thieves

I should be more smart and understand when I have received a call from a confused Mark, that these guys were completely messy about their business. Mark rang me asking about an appointment at 2:30pm with on of his colleagues, asking me why I did not go. I did not have a clue what he was talking about! He rang the wrong person!!! Then I have explained him, who I was and what I was looking for, and he told me that there was a property available to view the day after. He told me to be punctual, so ...

We didn\'t actually buy a property although we tried to for nearly a year. Yes. A year. The vendor was also this estate agent who accepted our offer on the basis that we sold our existing property quickly. Which we did- it was quite stressful because there was another buyer interested we were told. We then went ahead and had a survey and did all the paperwork with our solicitor and arranged a mortgage. Two months later we had been given no indication that there was anything wrong so we wanted to...
