Am disgusted at the actions of this company regarding the return of only half of the £1200 deposit!! Was informed that there were stains on a sink, that were there at the time of moving in and a drawer runner was broken and would not be able to be replaced but needed the whole piece of furniture to be bought again??!! How is it possible that this company can get away with a bare-faced lie?? They should not be allowed to get away with penalising responsible tenants, who need every penny in...

Regency Lettings & Property Management in Surrey have managed my flat for almost 8 years. They have been excellent and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Agent Fees

We offer highly competitive fees to Landlords, with discounts for multiple properties.
Our tenant letting fees are also competitive - referencing costs £45 per applicant, tenancy agreements £70. Inventory and check-in costs vary according to property size circa. £180 for a 1 bedroom and £250 for a 3 bedroom. All tenancy renewals are £50.

Regency Lettings & Property Management aims to provide the highest standards of service to all landlords and tenants, but to ensure that your interests are safeguarded, we offer the following:

If you believe you have a grievance, please write in the first instance to Valissa Burnett (Director) at the address below:

The grievance will be acknowledged within 3 working days and then investigated thoroughly in accordance with established “in-house” procedures. A formal written outcome of the complaint will be sent to you within 21 days. If we require longer than this timescale we will advise you in writing and confirm our revised response date.

Following the conclusion of our in-house review we will write to you with a final written statement.
