Thank you for your posting. We are fully aware of your complaint and despite having clearly responded to your issues repeatedly it seems that little progress is being made. For anyone who does take note of responses please note the following:
1. The Bearsted Lettings office was closed in favour of expansion in the North Kent area. All Landlords were written to. Though in this case it seems our correspondence did not arrive at it's intended target.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
