Unfortunately from start to finish of our tenancy Reed were poor to say the least. Upon moving into the flat we were told that the previous tenants had let the flat get so dirty that maggots were growing out the carpet and if there were any remnants to let them know.... Problems started right at the beginning: Waiting two months for a washing machine, first replacement was broken. - Leak in the kitchen which took three weeks to fix, was dripping down into the flat below. - Several attempts to fix the fridge freezer. Kept ringing, writing e-mails only to be told someone will come in the following week. Then to be told that no job had been actioned at all and someone will be around soon. Never came. -Fridge finally broke, this took four weeks to finally fix....

Reed Residential should be shut down. "*" I\'m sure that landlords would have nothing to complain about given that they would have no maintenance fees under Reed because they don\'t deal with any maintenance issues. Answer phone calls Not send threatening mails Deal with maintenance issues Make sure that the property was in an acceptable condition before I moved in Not send 3 men into a property under false pretences in order to intimidate a young single female Actually carry out the works they falsely promised to do Write at least one email without half a dozen faults Stop lying Refunded all items damaged by the mould which was due to their failure to provide decent living conditions Apologise Stopped working in property

I have used the rental services of Reed Residential since it\'s inception and prior to that I had the service of Adam Reed in another agency. I have always found Adam Reed to be very professional and effective in all aspects of relating to the management of my property. The problem was Late payment of monthly rental by a tenant. Megan took immediate action and contacted both the tenant and myself after the due date. The tenant agreed to pay by an specific date. when this did not happen Megan was straight away in touch with the tenant to establish why payment had not been made. Megan\'s approach to this situation has been consistent and professional at all time....

We sold our flat in Westcliff using Reeds. Once we had put our flat on the market we had a lot of viewings and quite a few offers. Donna at Reid\'s was fantastic by giving us great advice and constantly keeping us up to date. We had a lot of issues with the estate agents we were using to purchase our house and Donna helped us by contacting and chasing them to ensure the purchase went through as smoothly as possible. I would definately recommend Reeds and use them again myself....

We went to Reed after another agent only managed to get us a couple of viewers in 3 long months. Within 24 hours of going on the market with Reed, Donna Kelly had got us 6 viewers and 4 offers at asking price. We could not have wished for a better experience and I would highly recommend them....

the agent was aware that I was unwilling to enter a gazumping (outbidding) situation then still attempted to embroil me in one. do not employ sharp practice in order to increase your commission, if somebody has placed an offer on a property do not then proceed to show other buyers.

I rented a property from them for 2 years. When I moved in the property had just been refurbished and looked great. About 3 weeks later the property began showing signs of mould. I told the agents straight away and they said they\'d \'get onto it\'. After a visit to the property about 2 months later they have me a dehumidifier and told me to have it on constantly, offering no compensation for the amount of electricity it would use. so glad i found this comment i to live in one of their quick fix and over charged property's i have recently had a run in with Adam Reed myself this guy should be locked up in my view he made me feel threatened and i am worried that this guy has a key to my property as a woman living on my own i feel violated this guy is rude creepy and very obnoxious and in the case of the customer is always right sorry this guy intimidates you beyond belief people steer clear propertys are damp quick fix dange....
