Fees were required upfront before they would ask the agent if a urine stained mattress could be replaced (offered at my own expense)

What agent could do to change your mind?
Staff to stick to appointments and times! especially Lindsey!! Staff to call back when tenants have problems. Raj to get her facts right before emailing & demanding money. Neil to actually be a manager over his staff and sort serious problems out. Redstones seriously needs customer service lessons and to learn how to speak properly on the phone.

Improve staff training to provide a better service Answer telephone after 2 or 3 rings Provide an estate agent service (to secure a sale) Get a better mortgage broker who isn\'t intimidating. Use correct information about property to avoid issues with sale.

i agree the maintenance jobs took a long time to fix, but you have to understand, all works required need to be authorised by the Landlord. Any charges are set out from day one , we dont have any hidden charges or costs. We do our upmost to keep landlords and tenants happy but in the industry you cannot please everyone, but we do try.. ...
