What agent could do to change your mind?
Seem happy to ignore problems and repairs required, but are very quick to send out their invoices. They charge extra fees for having to deal with problems/repairs; in my opinion, dealing with these problems is part of their job, for which they are already paid.

Fees should be relative to service provided. We are getting NO service so why are we being billed for fees.
