Dear Mr Ranson, I find your response rather insincere, quite frankly. Just to be clear, with regards to your comment on breakdowns, nothing has broken down in the property since we moved in. Every single issue I have referred to was broken or unfit for purpose when we moved in! Therefore I suggest you refer to the inventory report for clarification on what you understand or have been made to understand.
