Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
Agent's internal complaints procedure: In the first instance, we would request you to write to us directly and our Management team will try and resolve it. If you are still not happy with the resolution provided, we would request you to Complain to The Property Ombudsman and follow the procedure. Their job is to investigate complaints fairly and impartially by listening to both sides of the story and looking at the facts.
