I had previously dealt with another member of staff who I believe has since left this agent, and had no joy. Irmina has been always very lovely to deal with and although things took a little longer than expected (due to a tradesman letting her down) she got done what was needed and always very politely. Having been a Landlord of Rainbow Reid for many years, accounts were always intermittent rents hardly got paid on time. Some changes are good. Since this gentleman has started with Rainbow Reid my rent is always in my account every month. A statement is sent to me the day before. I feel I'm in safe hands now due to this man! After letting properties out in NW London, these are by far the worst agents I have ever had the misfortune to come across. How this agency survives in such a competative high street is beyond me. What they did do....not a lot that was helpful, let me think...well they were dishonest, inefficient, time-wasting and rather rude. We were hoping to rent a flat through these buffoons. It was all going well until we actually needed them to do something - i.e. send over the forms so we could make a deposit and get the reference checks done. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. And to top it off they are CLOSED from Thursdays to 10am on Sunday. This must be the only estate agency in the country that makes money in spite of itself. After reading the other reviews I think we'll go elsewhere....

As overseas visitors owning our own property for many years in our home country it was rather a shock to be tenants again and going through all the checks etc required to rent a property. However the guys at Rainbow Reid made that experience somewhat easier to deal with. They are very friendly, genuine guys and always recognise us whenever we pop in. I\'m very surprised by some other reviews, I have been renting from Rainbow Reid for the past 3 years. They are by far the best agency I\'ve dealt with since living in London. Very friendly, courteous and quick to reply to any emails we sent. Our stay was pretty much uneventful, but when our oven broke down, we got a brand new one the day after. The agent provides an excellent customer service: the fridge at the property broke 3 times, but the staff were VERY prompt with my email requests (mostly within 24 hours) and demonstrated great resilience to go as far as it took to get it fixed and saved me quite a bit of trouble when they were willing to help me to contact the manufacturers! I think the majority of the reviews this company has received is indicative of just how terrible a company they are. My concerns with the property and the agents started when we signed the contract, we were treated in the most obnoxious way. Simple questions were met with hostility when they didn\'t merit any. I was living in a property that was let by Rainbow Reed to me in 2010. I had lost my original copy of the lease agreement - which I needed for visa purposes this year. I had contacted Rainbow Reed now (3 years later) to ask if by any chance they had a copy of the signed agreement and if I could have it. Although all the fundamental steps were taken to let the property, to service and to allow us to exit the property - NON of those steps were taken in a timely or pleasant manner. I would describe every member of staff at Rainbow Reid to be of a level only slightly more competent than completely incompetent. Displeasing dealings all the way through our 2 year tenancy - a disappointing agency i wish to never have dealings with ever again....

It would be difficult to repair the customer relationship after the 2 year experience we had with Rainbow Reid. Being rude to the point of shocking and unhelpful/dismissive to the point of nearly seeking legal advice regarding our deposit was unfortunately the final straw.

Unfortunately, Rainbow Reid have really let us down with the return of our deposit. We did everything exactly by the book and paid professional cleaners because we were desperate to get our money quickly (because we have moved abroad). In our dealings with them, the staff at Rainbow Reid (usually David Silver) were polite and helpful. Paperwork was completed efficiently, and they were happy to negotiate a break clause in the contract with the landlord. Towards the end of our tenancy viewings were always conducted with the required notice. My only gripe with them is the check-out company they use. We were with Rainbow Reid in Willesden Green for 2 years, where they letted and managed a small 3 bedroom property. Throughout the process we found that all staff that we worked with were extremely professional, responsive, efficient and friendly in dealing with any of our concerns. We found that they really value the importance of the tenant and prioritise the tenant\'s situation. We would wholeheartedly recommend Rainbow Reid to any prospective tenants looking in the area....

We rented trough Rainbow reid for 2 years. We had few problems in a flat and that was dealt by handy man, everything is" diy", nothing done professionally. So if you need a new bulb it\'s ok but for more serious issues like dump!! -we were blamed, advised to wash it with bleach and so on but it was never fixed. Used Rainbow Reid as a tenant over 18 months in the Willesden area. Many of the Sales staff are very agressive and have a very upsetting approach to dealing with customers (mostly based on their arrogance and self centred target driven world). For the past two years we have had a pleasurable experience dealing with Rainbow Reid who managed our property. I have been renting from Rainbow Reid for the last 6 years and have currently just started renting my third property from them. I can honestly say that in all my dealings with them they have been extremely courteous and professional. Whenever there has been an issue that needed dealing with, they have sorted out all problems promptly. I cannot fault them at all. My experience with Rainbow Reid has was very good. We had some initial problems but when we contacted the management department they were dealt with right away. There was a leak from the flat above and this was repaired by the handyman and all cleaned up very quickly....

Rainbow Reid is staffed by some of the most arrogant, obnoxious individuals I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. This attitude would be acceptable if it was justified by some standards, but the "agents" in this branch are laughably incompetent. Bad agency. They have one of the worst levels of customer service I have ever experienced (after you sign the contract). They essentially treat good paying tenants like rubbish and they don\'t take on their responsibilities as they should do. If you are thinking of getting your full deposit back, forget it with this organisation as their agenda is to keep the majority of it and give the rest as slowly as possible....

Our initial dealings with Rainbow Reid was with Craig, he was rude and arrogant and had I had to deal with him any more than the inital viewing of the property we would not have gone through them. As we have had no further contact with him I can only say the service has been admirable, as EAs go, they rank as one of the better ones I've had to deal with. Being very helpful and reasonably efficient when required....
