Botched house, looked perfect, passed survey (not a full one), is still costing thousands to repair, lies about associated land which was stated was owned by themselves and had to be purchased by real land owners to prevent part of my property being demolished, illegal chimney causing emissions ... For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
