I am also a neighbour of a property managed by this company and I can fully back the approve comment...they allow the house too become a total shit hole. When emailed to ask for a hedge to be cut in the garden due to there hedge pushing onto our fence we were told we had to cut there hedge... I advised we would cut back and deposit into there land for collection as it's there's...and got told if we did so it would have to come out of the budget of cutting the hedge to then be told in the next pa ...
