Discovered cockroaches in the flat when moving in - pest control took over 2 wks to come and look at flat and informed me the flat in same building had issue and he had warned QMH that my flat would need to checked out but QMH refused (probably due to the cost) Anytime an issue in flat needed addressing it wasn't handled straight away and QMH seemed to want to find a reason to add costs to fixing things of their own responsibility - heating didn't work in a couple rooms issue took a month before...

I have had the same experience with QMH, everyone please avoid this agency at all costs. They are not even on the Property Ombudsman's list of agencies that they can investigate, I find this shocking! Their costs are extremely high, their repairs are non existent or take several months to be fixed, or not at all. Tiffany is a rude employee with not an ounce of professionalism! If QMH operated with any kind of morals or standards, I could be persuaded to forgive. However, they\'re cowboys and couldn\'t give a stuff about their customers - yet they\'re more than happy to take your money from you.

Their fees are astronomical! Out of a ‚£1700-1800 deposit, they returned just over ‚£800 - that\'s with no additional deductions during final check-out. Final checks/inventory alone costs in excess of ‚£150 and all Layla did was walk around with a clipboard for less than 5 mins. Jokers.

Simply avoid this joker of the agency at all costs to spare yourself some seriouse headaches. Their level of service is simply horrible. Staff is unprofessional and incompetent. Record keeping disorganised and fragmented, so if, nevertherless you decide to deal with them, please be aware. Contractual, documentation and terms of business are drafted with blatant disregard for consumer protection laws as applicable to estate agents. Absolutely the WORST experience I\'ve had in my life with an agent. I have landed up paying nearly £700 in fees! Be very careful please. Get them to expose everything before handing over the holding deposit because you WON\'T get it back. The move in date was continuously moved until I had no alternative other than to find a different property . This is the worst renting experience I have had to date. Late penalty fees are excessive i.e. over 150 pounds despite rent being less than 10 days late. Approach this agent with A LOT of caution. I will not name any names for legal reasons. Be aware also that all fees are not exposed when handing over your holding deposit.
