I had a bad experience with this agency, they make me feel like they work only in the interest of the landlord, they don't care if you are not happy or not as long as you pay, it takes ages to sort out any issues!!! I will not recommend! I'm just going to give you an example, in the contract with we both signed said clearly they provide as every two weeks a cleaner, The cleaner didn't turn up for 8-9 weeks, the house was really messy, when I meet the landlord I complain about it a...

More than happy to answer the phone when you want to put a deposit down, then only reply via email when living in the house due to all the issues. The house was in a very poor state, damp walls and very dated. The one thing that stuck out was how they stated they were...

I am grateful for the right to reply that the site provides as I find this claim most offensive, my agency takes pride in delivering the highest standards of service to both it's tenants and it's landlords. Customers have not only a mobile number and an email address but also an office answering service to ensure that all calls can be dealt with promptly and efficiently. With regard to the statement regarding the house being damp the only site within the property was a corridor wall where a leak ...
