When leaving they with hold your funds and keep invoicing costs and fees. Vicky Clark and team should not be trusted in any way.

![]() Archie on 8th Apr 2020 1 Star Review Absolutely shambolic, completely useless company. Be careful with buying or renting a flat with quadrant running the property. We have had damp for over a year which is their fault (they’ve admitted this) but no one has bothered coming round to fix it. They made a phone system as our block in Chelsea was burgled so many times, and they didn’t bother to fix it up to the apartment for SEVEN MONTHS so we had problems with deliveries. If anything goes wrong they do not do anything. If only we wish we could go back and not buy this property

If Managing Agents were regulated they would be de-registered.

The contract fees are standard. As per House of Commons report most excessive fees are embedded or hidden.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
