My advise is to stay well away from this company as long as it is under the management of ruth Philip. She is extremely rude, only cares about the money, no compassion for her tenants, looks for ways to cheat tenants OUT of their deposit. ...

As a landlord/point of contact, she's far too overbearing. She clearly only represents the houseowner/landlord's interests, trying to get as much money for them as possible. Will find ridiculous reasons to withhold money from your deposit....

I was not rude on the phone, in fact, I was extremely helpful. The property you called up about had just gone and although this one was over your budget, I said I could probably do something on the price for you if you were able to move in more or less straight away. I did run late but I called you in advance to let you know. Then on arrival your partner was standing outside smoking and I asked if you'd parked at the back and he was pretty narky and told me there was nowhere else to park despite ...
