I dont need to talk to you anymore or contact you anymore. I ve got my deposit back after a huge unnecesary fight. Thank god this horror finished. I just wish this agency shuts down and more people avoids stress and such harsh living conditions. Sorry to hear you are disappointed by our deposits process.
Before the end of their tenancies, we give tenants lots of information about how to avoid unnecessary charges. We also give out free cleaning materials.
Tenants are also asked to accompany staff on a final check out. This gives you an opportunity to do any last minute fixes. (Our staff also bring cleaning products with them to these inspections.)
