Thank you Louis for your good comments. Although, we have both asked the Allagents website to amend the 1/5 rating which was given due to an oversight, they still haven't complied. I guess that reflects more on their service rather than Prosperitas Lettings. ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Complaints Procedure

Prosperitas Lettings - Customer Complaints Procedure



At Prosperitas Lettings the service we offer to you is important to us. If you feel that you have a complaint about Prosperitas Lettings the following procedure is in place to help you resolve it.



Stage 1



Please write to the Owner, Christoff van Wyk stating the reasons for your complaint. You will receive an acknowledgement within three working days of receipt of getting in touch with us and a full response to your complaint within 7 working days.



If the nature of your complaint is such that we need further time to consider it we will contact you and let you know the reason for the delay.



Stage 2



If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint at Stage 1 you can refer the matter to The Property Ombudsman who will review your complaint and the response sent at Stage 1.



You should outline the reasons you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint by Prosperitas Lettings. You will receive a response within the same timescales as outlined in the TPO Code of Practice . Your complaint will be handled according to the TPO Code of Practice of which a copy can be obtained from any member agent or from the website at www.tpos.co.uk or from phoning the Ombudsman office on 01722 333306.
