The fees are quite high but I think they are worth it. We did pay ƒâ€š‚£500 for a professional clean, which I didn't feel was justified given the low quality of the clean. Prospect were very apologetic and we were offered a second clean, but declined.

Similar to other agents, I do think that the referencing fee is expensive having worked in social housing, we used Homelet so I'm aware of the true cost of this service.

I think the fees are way too high, however I understand that they are similar to your competitors. Still too high though...

Lloyd is smart, driven and knowledgeable. Combining that with a customer centred approach made the whole experience with the agency a lot better than I thought it would be. Fees are high but you get what you pay for....

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
