Where can I honestly start with this pathetic excuse of an estate agents. Myself and my mother moved into the property in March 2015 however prior to that we had the keys for about 3-4 weeks, the estate agents stated we could "do whatever" we wanted to the flat in terms of decorating etc. ... this is a cowboy company which makes false promises lies and rips people of . this company lead myself and family to believe the property which we now lease would be renovated before we moved in.however this did not happen which lead to us being leased a house that was not fit for purpose we had ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
