New Beach is the perfect place to enjoy your new caravan lifestyle. We are located in a beautiful part of Kent, just across the road from the sea and surrounded by stunning countryside with lots of local attractions. We have just invested £4m into a brand-new entertainment complex, and built 50 new caravan pitches. We believe that owning a caravan here will keep your whole family entertained for many years, and our vision is to make New Beach the best park in Kent.

You`ll find us between Hythe and Dymchurch, just 10 minutes from the M20 (J11). We are only 5 minutes from the famous seaside resort of Dymchurch, with it's long sandy beach, funfair, tea shops, cafes, and arcades. Historic Hythe has an old-fashioned High Street with lots of shops, restaurants and pubs. Nearby we also have Port Lympne Zoo, the Romney-Hythe steam railway, Ashford Designer Shopping Outlet, the Royal Military Canal (great for walking and cycling), the seafood stalls of Folkestone Harbour, and the Leas Cliff Promenade (the place to be seen by fashionable Victorians). We`re also 20 minutes from Dover, so Europe is on your doorstep.

Our 11-? month owner`s season is one of the longest in Kent, almost as long as residential sites but without their rules and restrictions. This gives you the freedom to holiday whenever you want (except for the last 2 weeks of February). During the main season we have nightly entertainment & bingo in the clubhouse. We also have an indoor heated pool, three outdoor play areas, 24hr security, shop, launderette, and The Neptune Pub/Carvery.
